Access to healthcare must not be a postcode lottery.
From speaking to constituents and from the responses to my surveys, it is clear that too many people across Pembrokeshire are being forced to travel great distances to access what should be close, local services. Plans to downgrade services at Withybush Hospital risk making this situation worse.
I will continue standing up for fair access to healthcare, and working to ensure stronger cooperation between the UK and Welsh Governments so rural communities like ours get the services they need and deserve.
