Telling the story of the Cleddau in Parliament

It was important to tell the story of The Cleddau on Monday in a Westminster Hall debate on bringing the water sector into public ownership.
This river, which means so much to our local community, now serves as a symbol of our failing water sector.
These failures require a structural and cultural shift in our water sector.
If water companies refuse to make the necessary changes to improve performance, the state must step in to ensure these companies are run in the public interest.
As your MP, I am calling for bold and decisive action to fix our water sector.
